*The 3ply, 5ply, 7ply, and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following
equipments: Mill Roll Stand, Pre-conditioner, Pre-heatr, Auto-splicer, Single Facer, Conveyinh span Bridge,

Brief Introduction Of The Working Proceure

Feed the paper roll into the Mill Roll Stand. In the Pre-heater, the paper roll is heated and its moistuure and
tension force are adjusted. The paper roll is pressed to a corrugated shape and fed with glue in the single
facer, and then it is agglutinated with another paper roll to form a piece of single face corrugated cardboard.
The conveying span bridge tidies and transports the single face cardboard to the muli-ply pre-heater for the
second pre-heat. The glue application machine puts glue on the sharp top of the single face corrugated car

-dboard before it is heating agglutinated with another paper roll in the double facer. After cooling formed in
the double facer.A piece of corrugated cardboard is made.According to the requipment of the order.The cor
-rugated cardboard is cut precisely in the slitter scorer and the cut-off. A piece of rectangle corrugated
cardboard is finished. After quantity counts and being piled up in the stacker, the finish cardboard can be
conveyed out. An entire working procedure of the production line is completed.

Control system regards SIEMENS series of S7300 PLC as main station, Constitutes unify control net including
controling and gathering signal,dispalying data by PROFIBUS spreading to distrubiton of double facer
glue
machine
single facer and man-machine interface(touch screen)


Computer-controlled Production Line Management System

Consisting of industry computers and network,this system is an automatic management and production system
with characters of decentralization-control and multi-persons control.

1.    Flexible order management:order can be entered into the production management system directly,or the
      information can be got by communicating with Manegement Information System(MIS)

2.    Synchronization control of the entire production line:both analogy control and button nodes control are
      available for the convenience of linking with other machines,which realize synchronization control of the
      entire production line.

3.    High precision of splicing:with the coordination of Auto-Splicer,the precision of splicing can be controlled
      within  ±1 meter .

4.    High automation level: by linking with Splicer,Slitter Scorer,Cut-Off,and Rotary Shear etc.,automation

Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand

1.       In the course of production, support and supply the scroll paper out.

2.       The arms of the roll stand can go up and down,which is controlled by Φ125mmmm hydraulic  pressure
oil cylinders. And clamp, trans verse movement controlled by Φ
63mm hydraulic pressure oil cylinders.

3.       Might load and unload scroll without stop production.

4.       6 sets of hydraulic cylinders control.

5.       Pneumatic control the tension and force the ABS brake tension  force controlling system.

6.       Fixed type and expanding type finial are available3inch and 4inch clamping part in mutual.

Auto Splicer

Equipment Performance

1. Dual relax rollers structure, make more smooth of each splicing.

2. Effective splicing manner, make paper guide through very convenient all the same.

3. Equipped with unique agglutinate manner of dual rollers press, even worse paper could

   get better agglutinate, ensure success ratio of splicing.

4. Higher stable success ratio of splicing is over 99%.

Pre-Heater Pre-Conditioner Series

Characteristics:

1.Heat raw paper or corrugated paper cardboard, control moisture of raw material.

2.Automati or electric control types are available for customers choice.

3.Fixed or rotational cylinders are available for choice.

4.Advanced round closure design, keeps the heat of paper even.

5.Heat cylinder diameter: Φ600mm, Φ900mm, Φ1100mm.

Inner Vacuum Single Facer Also call the corrugated machinery.It's vacuum suction single facer.

6.Automatic, interval, circular and high grease provide reasonable lubrication.

7.Infrared detector assures auto paper-breaking protection. When paper is broken,
  the press roll and the glue trough will withdraw.

8.Thickness of glue is controlled by the clearance between glue roller and doctor roller, by electyomotion or Automatic.

Wind-Suction Tension Cardboard Device on Bridge

Characteristics:

1.This device is installed on the bridge of the production line, to tense cardboard.

  Frequency conversion might be to adjust the flux of wind; the alignment of cardboard

  is controlled by electromotion-motion.

2.On-bridge auto alignment and tension control are available to settle the problem of

  cardboards displacement.

Pile-Up Control Device

Characteristics:

Detected and adjusted by PLC automatically,The speed of the double facer and single
facer are matched, which is good for not only cardboards pile-up amount on bridge, but
for evaporation and formation of cardboard. It also helps to decrease the waste of paper
in production.

1.According to the production of different cardboard, there is single deck, double, and triplex
  decks convey on the bridge.

2.Paper width and transverse movement are adjusted by electromotion.

3.With vacuum suction device, the tension of cardboard is controlled adjustable.

4.With 2 sets of control panels, the operation may take place on the bridge or under the bridge.

Safety fences at two sides and ladders are available.



Glue Machine SeriesSingle layer, Double layer and Three layer

1.Special meshes on the surface of the glue feeding roller, coated with hard chrome.

2.Pressing roll moves up and down pneumatically.

3.Thickness of glue feeding control:






A. Manual Controlling: Press the button that controls motor to adjust the clearance, to ensure paste enough glue.

B. Auto- Controlling: The encoder and PLC auto-controls according to change of speed. Digital encoder adjust the clearance between the glue roller and the doctor roller. There is a digital indicator that makes the adjustment both convenient. Obvious and The micro-adjustment ensures that the glue is pasted to the corrugated paper very evenly which keep a stable quality of the paperboard.

4. Pressing roll and contact bar are available for pressing.

Double Facer Series
 

After glued in the glue application machine, single-face cardboard paper will be glued and pressed,
heated in the double facer, and finally be made into 3-ply, 4-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply cardboard.

Structure:

Hot section press rollers or press board, cool, , sectio, , , , , n press rollers, hydraulic-lift device,

main drive, steam heating, and conden, sate water drain pipes and traps.

Characteristics:
1.Steam, -heating, h, ydra, ulic-lift, an, d , separate secti, on pressi, ng accor, ding to the layers,
  of
the cardboard , keep proper pressure, and is useful for the form of cardboard.
2.With pneumatic tension, electric or automatic deviation rectifying, the upper belt keeps
the
  whole machine in good working condition.
3.Pressing roller , or press board can be chosen for compression. The pres, sure, can be
  controlled by PLC or t, he production management system, which ensures the accuracy of
  thickness and plane of cardboard.
4.The number of heating plates varies from 8, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24 pieces to match different
  producing speed. The heating plate is 160mm high 600mm wide.
5.Might equip automatic correcting and cleaning device for upper cotton belt.

Computer Controlled High Speed Dual Seats Slitter-scorer

1.There are two seats(A,B), fulfill to change order without stop machine in high speed Production
  line, increase production efficiency.

2.Preparation of arrange order: one seat works, another seat might arrange order independently,
  preparation time of order arrangement is 25 seconds.

3.Change order: one seat works, after another seat finish preparation of order arrangment, might
  switch to finish change instantly.

4.Tail control between each change: after finish switch to change sea, t, tail length tolerance between
  two orders, is 200-300mm, waste paper might be cut with certain length(require this ability which
  with lengthways cut function)

5.The minimum scorer distance is 75mm of each independent seat, if the two seats in mutual use,
  might realize 0 mm scorer distance, and might have over 12 scorers(or in the meantime to press
  with 24 lines) to press more lines requirement cardboards.

Corrugated Paperboard Computer-Controlled Helical Knife Cut-Off

1.This machine is applied to computer-controlled high-speed cardboard production line.

  It can save millions of orders. The specification of cutting is adjusted manually.

2.Balance treatment for blade shaft, which helps to keep its stability.

3.The blade made of special material is sharp and durable. The saw-tooth type blade can

  cut sharply and smoothly.

4.The upper and lower blades are helical shape, which makes the cutting with less impact,

  and increases the cutting stability and the endurance of the blade.

5.The main transmission gear and bearing is with auto gear pump lubrication, which decr

  eases the abrasion, overheating, and noise.

6.Sun-shape wheels press cardboard in the front and the rear conveyer. The transporting

  is stable and with even pressure, which prevent jam caused by broken cardboard.

PLC Series Conveyor

Characteristics:

Applied to PLC lifting stacker and mainly used to transport cardboards to the stacker .

Drive motor is controlled by transducer , speed of the belt can be changed with the speed
of the production line .
The speed adjustment is of high accuracy .

It consists of four parts driven by individual motor. Cardboards can be separated automatically
by changing the speed, which saves time for stacker to output cardboard.

With pressing wheels, it keeps cardboards to drop effectively and stack orderly.

Manual and automatic control modes are available.
